Org Group IMPACT
Creating a sustainable future – together
Org Group IMPACT is our group-wide framework for amplifying our positive influence across the communities where we live and work. It brings together our environmental, societal, and governance priorities, shaping how we operate, grow, and create long-term value for our people, partners, and communities.
Our mission is simple, to create lasting, positive impact in the communities we serve around the world.
IMPACT is embedded in our culture, decision-making, and long-term strategy.
We believe meaningful change begins with our people. By fostering a culture grounded in sustainability, accountability, and ethical leadership, we continuously improve our own organisation while helping customers and partners drive positive change.
Org Group IMPACT is built on three core pillars:
1 – Environmental Responsibility
Reducing impact. Driving progress.
We focus our environmental efforts where they matter most, aligning with global best practice, reducing environmental impact, and delivering measurable progress against our carbon reduction commitments.
Key initiatives include:
- ISO 14001 accreditation for environmental management (achieved with excellence for two consecutive years)
- Increased recycling through clearly labelled waste segregation across offices
- Sustainable travel initiatives, including cycle-to-work schemes, bike facilities, and public transport incentives
- Energy efficiency upgrades including LED lighting across office locations
- Ongoing initiatives to reduce energy consumption and operational emissions
Beyond our own operations, our people actively contribute to creating cleaner, greener communities through initiatives such as Tidy Towns programmes, beach clean-ups, and STEM education activities.
2 – Societal Impact
Opportunity for everyone.
We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to realise their potential.
Internally, we focus on building an inclusive, supportive workplace where every voice is valued. Our approach is supported by global awareness training, wellbeing initiatives, employee engagement groups, and regular feedback programmes that ensure we listen, learn, and act.
Externally, we work with customers and partners to promote inclusive hiring and fair access to opportunity, guided by our Diversity and Equal Opportunities policies. We actively identify underrepresented talent across our markets and build partnerships that help address imbalance.
We also invest directly in the communities where we live and work through charity partnerships, volunteering, fundraising, and education programmes.
Our impact so far:
€1M+
raised for charity
1,000+
employees globally engaged in volunteering and fundraising
200+
charities supported across our communities
15,000+
volunteer hours dedicated to local causes
This impact is powered by our people — driven by purpose, generosity, and a shared commitment to giving back.
3 – Governance & Trust
Built on standards. Strengthened by accountability.
Strong governance underpins everything we do. Our services operate under globally recognised standards that ensure security, quality, and regulatory compliance — protecting our customers, our people, and our business.
Our accreditations include:
- ISO 27001 – Information Security Management
- ISO 9001 – Quality Management
- ISO 14001 – Environmental Management
- BS 10012:2017 – Personal Information Management Systems (PIMS)
- PCI DSS compliance – Payment data security

We are committed to continuous improvement and maintaining the highest governance standards as our business grows and evolves.
