As the way work gets done evolved more rapidly, the Group launched a five-year strategy of diversification, evolving from a recruitment and talent business into a broader professional services organisation supporting clients’ changing needs.
Launch of Org Advisory and Technology. The group develops its offering into managed services and advisory, to meet workplace trends & needs.
Org Group formally established, unifying expanded services under a single strategic identity. Strengthened by the acquisition of Abtran, adding scale in managed services and customer operations. Seb O'Connell appointed as CEO and Pernille Fabricius as CFO.
A new strategy is launched to build on the group's expertise in Organisational Engineering, with an objective to double the business by 2030. The M&A journey continues, aquiring technology specialists Venturi Group and Enterprise Digital Resources (EDR), entering the Belgium, Germany and USA markets. Geraldine Casey and Debbie Griffin appointed as Non Executive Directors.

Our Origins
Founded in Cork, Ireland in 1988 as a recruitment business, Org Group built its reputation on a defining capability, identifying exceptional talent and recognising future leaders early. Built on insight rather than scale, the firm developed long-term relationships with organisations while expanding its talent solutions across permanent, contract, and specialist recruitment.

Through organic growth and strategic acquisitions, Org Group established a strong international presence. This growth was unified under the Morgan McKinley brand and supported by a Global Services Centre in India. Over more than three decades, working closely with businesses and individuals across global markets has created a unique intelligence and understanding of how skills, careers, and leadership evolve over time.

As the nature of work changed, Org Group evolved alongside its clients. In 2019, the Group began a strategic shift from talent services to a broader professional services platform, integrating advisory, technology, and transformation delivery. This evolution was grounded in real experience—scaling new capabilities, integrating acquisitions, and embedding AI-enabled and digital ways of working across the organisation.
Expanding Our Capabilities
The launch of Org Advisory and Tech Services in 2020, followed by the establishment of Org Group in 2023, marked a significant step in this transformation. Alongside the acquisition of Abtran and investments in technology businesses such as Venturi, EDR, and HappyPath Labs, the Group expanded its capabilities across technology, platforms, and customer operations.
